Understanding the consequences of disease risk variants
Human personality, mood and cognition - core WTI interests - have a substantial genetic basis. Our group uses human genetics, genomics and systems biology to understand neurological function and disease, which directly impact these human traits. We work on a wide array of phenotypes, including CNS autoimmune disease, seizure disorders, and personality traits.
