Biography
Ping Luo received her bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, situated in the beautiful city of Chengdu, the capital of the Sichuan province in China with a long and rich history. She got a Master's degree in Mathematics from Indiana State University and a Master's in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. After working in the HPC field since 2006, Luo joined the Yale Center for Research Computing in 2019 and moved to the Wu Tsai Institute in December 2022. When she is not working, Luo enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, listening to music, drawing, and cooking.
