Computational studies of biological materials
My research group uses theoretical and computational tools to study numerous biological materials and systems, including proteins, cells, and tissues. I collaborate extensively with experimentalists on funded projects related to 1) modeling zebrafish development, 2) modeling tumor cell invasion into healthy tissue, and 3) modeling chromatin structure and dynamics.
